Bio

Picture
I was born in Fano (Italy) in 1987. I studied Philosophy at the University and at the Scuola Normale of Pisa, where I graduated in 2008 (BA in Philosophy) and where I received a two-years MA in Philosophy in 2009. In 2010 I received a 'Licenza' (BA equivalent) in Humanities from the Scuola Normale. Since January 2010 I am a PhD student in Philosophy at the University of Padua (Italy) and at the KULeuven (Belgium).

I am mostly interested in the Aristotelian tradition (especially in Aristotelian logic and metaphysics). My dissertation project is on Aquinas's commentary on Aristotle's Metaphysics, Book XII.

The guy in the pic on the left handside is Robert Kilwardby, a medieval logician whom I find really interesting. The pic has been taken in San Nicolò, Treviso.
